For an attendee with regular registration a free ticket will be provided. Although the ticket is for cruise only, for an attendee with regular registration a sandwich and soft drink will be provided. You can purchase additional ticket(s) for your spouse and family members on-line (see below for details). For an attendee with student registration, you can also purchase cruise ticket on-line. The price is $20 US dollars for an adult and $10 US dollars for child with age between 3 and 12. For an infant with age below 3, it is free. There will be tax on top of ticket price. The ticket is for cruise only, but you can buy food and drink from the snack bar on the ship.

and click on "search". Select the cruise on July 6 departing 7:30pm and click on "more information". You can then select the number of adult tickets and child tickets to purchase. You will be guided to enter credit card information and customer information.
The important thing to remember is that on the lower right corner there is a text box to enter notes for special requests. What you need to enter is: "please seat us with group whose reservation number is #224542". This way, the reservation people would know where to seat you. Once you made the non-refundable payment, a reservation confirmation page can be printed. Keep this page so that you can go to the booth at the pier to obtain the actual ticket before boarding. Send us a copy of this confirmation page (as a pdf file) so that we know how many additional people have joined the dinner cruise.
We will arrange a shuttle bus to take you from hotel to the pier of Gateway Clipper Fleet and back, with priority seating for attendees having regular registration. In case there are no more seats for other attendees, you can always share a taxi. Since taxi fare is between $15 to $20 dollars, with four people sharing a taxi it is only $5 per person.
You can also take bus ($2.50) to Pittsburgh downtown and get off near Smithfield Road, walk across Smithfield Bridge and turn right to walk to Gateway Clipper Dock. This will also enable you to take a look at Pittsburgh downtown. Please leave hotel early and give yourself plenty of time.
